COVID-19: What to expect at Sign Foundry

The well-being of our people, and anyone who visits our offices, is our number one priority. Our communities are very important to us, and so we want to do everything that we reasonably can to keep them as safe as possible.

To do our part to help minimise COVID-19’s impact on our community, we are introducing a policy that requires anyone visiting any Sign Foundry office is to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 

We respect your freedom of choice of whether to get vaccinated or not. However, we believe that our policy is the right thing to do so that we can protect our clients, our team, and our community.

This policy will apply to all our offices from Friday 10 December 2021.


What can I expect when I visit a Sign Foundry office.

Please do not come into our office if you are unwell, have cold or flu-like symptoms, or are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test. We can arrange to meet virtually or postpone until you are feeling well again.

If you’re visiting a Sign Foundry office you will be asked to sign in using the Covid Tracer App and scan your My Vaccine Pass (available here).  Information about your vaccination status will not be stored, so you will be asked to provide this each time.

If you would like to, we are happy to receive a copy of your My Vaccine Pass by email before arriving at the office. Please just email your Sign Foundry contact and attach a PDF or screenshot of your pass.

If you are unable to be vaccinated for medical reasons and have an exemption from the Ministry of Health, or are in the process of applying for one, please let us know!

As you enter our office, you’ll be asked to sanitise your hands and wear a mask in public areas. Our waiting areas and meeting rooms are set up to encourage social distancing of one metre between chairs. 

We won’t greet you with a handshake as that breaks physical distancing rules. Surfaces in our meeting rooms and reception areas are cleaned down regularly (along with everywhere else). We run a tight ship 😉

If someone from Sign Foundry is coming to visit me, what can I expect?

If you would like our people to come to you or enter your premises, we will work with you to meet your requirements and support your business needs, while ensuring the safety and privacy of everyone by complying with the New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework.

If your business requires proof of vaccination, we will ensure that all our people who visit you have a valid proof of vaccination, such as My Vaccine Pass.

If you do not require proof of vaccination, we will talk to our people about any concerns they may have and address these on a case-by-case basis.
