THREE awards at the prestigious NZ Sign & Display Awards!

Drumroll please! We are thrilled to announce that Sign Foundry took home not one, not two, but THREE awards at the prestigious NZ Sign & Display Awards! 
This event celebrates the best work in the signage and display industry across New Zealand. Entries are judged on criteria such as creativity, innovation, and technical execution. To grace the stage and collect three awards is an absolutely incredible achievement and honour.
First off, we won a Bronze for our Glass work at Tākina – Mākaro. This stunning glazing artwork was designed by Wellington artist David Hakaraia (Ngāpuhi), and printed, installed by the Wellington team. This was our first large-scale project utilising the white ink function of the HP800W and is a fantastic example of the capabilities we can achieve when putting our expertise together.
We took out a Gold in the Wayfinding and Navigation category for the Ngā Haerenga New Zealand, Cycle Trails project. This project was about raising the profile of the Great Rides by linking 23 established rides together using this modular solution. This was a mixture of signage and engineering greatness that we are so proud to put our name next to. From the top of the north island, to the bottom of the south – this project will stand the test of time and shows a genuine commitment to thinking outside the square and transforming environments, indoors or out.
Finally, we received a Gold Award in the Custom Wrapped Vehicle category for the Burt Munro Inspired Land Speed Vehicle. The Christchurch team put their heart and soul into creating one of the most impressive wraps that has gone out the Foundry door. While seeing this project on the prime time news was amazing, being recognised by our industry peers with a gold is the cherry on top!
These awards recognise the hard work and dedication of our entire team, past and present, from designers to installers; everyone has played a role (big and small) in making this happen.
We feel so proud to be recognised for our craftsmanship and innovative approach to signage and display. These awards celebrate the best work in the signage and display industry across New Zealand, and we’re proud to have our name on the list of winners.
